Will Straughan is a talented multi-instrumentalist and regionally popular sideman and session player. He's what is referred to as a "musicians musician", a player who makes everyone he plays with sound better.While most folks know Will for his work with numerous other musicians, he is rapidly establishing himself as a talented singer, songwriter, and solo performer.
Along with Natalya Weinstein and John Cloyd Miller, Will performs regularly in the Americana band Red June, as well as with members of Jim and Jennie, the Pinetops, and the Greasy Beans in the band Garbage Bear.In addition, he is currently touring and recording with regional favorites Eliza Lynn and Lance Mills. He has performed or collaborated with the Emma Gibbs Band, Lo-Fi Breakdown, Kellin Watson, and Aaron Price, among many others.
