White Horse Black Mountain to Host the Inaugural Great American Roots Revival July 4!
On Saturday July 4th, The White Horse Black Mountain will host an all day event featuring music, pizza, great local brews, and more! The event has been created to be a yearly event celebrating the roots music that western North Carolina is so lucky to have. This years event will feature the roots and original bluegrass music of Town Mountain, the sweet and sultry sounds of Jane and Anna of the Barrel House Mamas, and the great folk songwriting of Ian Thomas.
Admissions are $12.00 for adults, and 5.00 for children and it will include all day reentry fees.
The venue will open its doors to the public at 3pm, and music will start at 5pm. The city of Black Mountain has one of the most amazing fireworks displays, and the music will pause so that our patrons can enjoy the fireworks, Town Mountain will be playing a set before the fireworks, and following.
This years event is sponsored by Papa Johns Pizza, Pisgah Brewing, The Mountain Xpress, Pisgah Print, and the White Horse Black Mountain and is just the first of many events to come from this new organization.
